The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all Krug Pub deals and transactions.

By accepting an offer or placing an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
Deviations from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are only valid when management confirms them in writing.
All the rights stipulated for the Krug Pub in these General Terms and Conditions and any other agreement will also apply to intermediaries and other third parties contracted by the Krug Pub.
The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered comply with the standards of the concept. If there are any complaints, management should be informed immediately. Appropriate measures will be taken as soon as possible.
All offers made by the Krug Pub are without obligation and the Krug Pub expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly if this is necessary as a result of legal or other regulations.
All prices are indicated in North American dollars, VAT included.
In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only for a specific period while supplies last. No right to these prices can be invoked before or after the specific period.
The Krug Pub cannot be subject to any price indication that is clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typographical or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect pricing information.
The Krug Pub has the right to cancel or change the date of an event. If this happens, the Krug Pub will try to provide a suitable solution. If an event is canceled or postponed, the Krug Pub will do its best to inform you as soon as possible. However, the Krug Pub cannot guarantee that it will be possible to inform you in a timely manner of any change or cancellation of an event or to be responsible for refunds, compensations or the resulting costs that may be incurred, for example, for travel, accommodation and / or any other related.
Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) people. Incorrectly ordered people (number of) are not refundable.
All purchases are final.
All prices include VAT.
Payment methods we accept: Cash and credit and debit cards through PayPhone and PayPal.
You will not receive confirmation of your final reservation until your payment has been approved.
If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with the Krug Pub conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will expire and will be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law that will be determined by the Krug Pub.
Ecuadorian law applies to all agreements entered into by the Krug Pub. Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be resolved exclusively by the Manta city courts.
